One moment cast in surprise,
Pain rushes but hid behind the guise,
Questions forever left behind,
No answers could ever quell desires.

All now torn into life's collage,
Ripped up and cast apart,
Tormented dreams awake the soul,
Loss reveals all wasted goals,

Past failures sewn into fate,
As two shadows fade,
Former dreams now cast aside.
In dawn of reasoned light
