If I could tell Americans just one thing...
it would be that we are all okay.
I would tell them to not worry,
because worrying in a time like this,
is useless.
Don't let your time be taken for granted,
don't let yourself become idle with dispair.
Believe in who you are...
and never let go of your faith.
Let someone who has a light,
guide you through the darkest hours.
If I could tell my friends just one thing...
it would be that we are all okay.
My hands may be small...
but they are my own.
You should not be ashamed of what you have become.
Let your friends help you...
they are the greatest gift God can offer.
Do not sheild away your parents...
for they really do care.
Believe in yourself,
and what you can become...
anything is possible, if you have a little bit of faith.
If I could tell the world just one thing...
it is that we are all okay.
Poverty may have stolen your last piece of faith,
but it did not steal your laughter...
or your love.
Heartache may have kicked in...
But you can kick it out.
Don't worry about pleasing others,
just worry about who you are...
and what you have become.
Take what little you have...
and give to someone who has less.
To them...
you are a godsend.
If I could tell my family just one thing...
it would be that we are all okay.
Rough times may have hit the door...
but we will not let it in.
There may have been times when we stopped believing,
but I will get down on my knees...
and pray.
I will not let it conqure me,
I am much to strong.
When the day comes to an end...
only kindness matters...
because we have love.
If I could tell myself just one thing...
it would be that we are all okay.
My hands may be small...
but I am okay.
I will not be made useless,
I will lock myself around my faith...
because it lights my darkest most fears.
I will not let poverty get me down...
I refuse to let heartache in.
I am proud... and I am strong...
but most of all...
we are not broken in the end, and
we are all okay.
.... We are God's arms ....
