I couldn’t sleep last night
Couldn’t stand the pain
As you walked away
Leaving me standing in the rain

With a broken heart
My tears did flow
Mixing with the rain
As I watched you go

I’ll never forget your smile
Last kiss or last touch
I’ll take it to my grave
For the pain is far too much
