Could not feel more alive,
Because of you.
I'd give anything to see you again,
Find someway to make amends,
Be in a state I can defend,
In a way you can comprehend,
My love for you.
Yet the barriers are clear,
Construct of your fear,
The only place to hide,
Because of what's inside,
Your love for me.

I like the simple language you've used to express a not so simple feeling - Love.
'I,Could not feel more alive,
Because of you.' is my favourite verse because I think it speaks directly to your heart.
