they say life gets better
that everything turns out okay
but does it
does it really get better
i don't believe them
there's no way
this could ever get better
i'm broken and bloodied
i'll never heal
it's impossible
there is no hope
not for me
not for you
not for anyone
there is only pain and sorrow
there is only darkness
death is the only escape
i'm trapped in this body
held down by fear
held down by a broken soul
i've been shattered
into a million pieces
there's no fixing this
it's the end
there is no hope
not for me
not for you
not for anyone
there is only pain and sorrow
there is only darkness
death is the only escape
maybe i should give in
give in to the hunger
the hunger for blood
my blood
life would be easier
if i just gave in
but i'm too weak
too broken to do anything
i just want to be free
but there is no hope
not for me
not for you
not for anyone
there is only pain and sorrow
there is only darkness
death is the only escape
my only escape
from this hell

Death is not an escape. Find something you love, that is the only true escape in life.
