Silence rings in ears
Blindness stares
Touch eludes
Senses drifting
And everything, is peaceful
No pain
No sorrow
No joy or love
Just sweet, calm

Nothingness

Wonderful. I love poems on silence. I have written a few myself. "Sweet calm nothingness" is exactly what it is. I enjoyed this poem
