I still see you,
You walk down that hill,
The smile you supplied,
Almost breaks my will,
I still hear your,
Your joyous laughter,
Hope you supplied,
Constrained rapture,
I still feel your,
Your tender caress,
Goosebumps supplied,
Must shed this flesh,
I still think of,
Of our perfect night,
Love you supplied,
When all was right,
When you were mine.

Best part of it, is that neither is it explicitly regretful, or remorseful. It just explicitly remembers, and appreciates what one had.
Easy to relate too. |

Wonderful writing. Free flowing, deeply moving and memory evoking. Thanks for posting. |
