Reasons Not...

The color of darkness, from love one morning
Would it know the hurt that disownment traps?
To feign nothing when our purity is priceless
Have it skinned raw and bleeding for strangers
Your laughter echoes the most my sweet love
Strange raucous sounds that unite you with everyone
The deluge of camaraderie on a spotless morning
That cleaved my world as everything stumbled out
I cant seem to forget that your reason told was me
And then you reason it was a joke on the others
Games and ploys that’s all too confusing
I couldn’t have you pinned there, as you did me
I have fled these reasons all my life, dear love
I don’t know the ways of this real world,
Wouldn’t love look good on silence and steel strength?
Wouldn’t you have us rather than all of them?
