A warm glow that grows inside
Brought to the surface by the touch of your hand
Blue eyes that hold my heaven
Just one look making my world expand

Feeling your walls crumble brick by brick
As slowly you allow me to see inside
Your emotions spilling over
You can run but you can't hide

Since you decided to pull away
You are closer to me than ever
Finding your safe place in the distance
Choosing to ignore that binding tether

Your feelings running straight back to me
Despite all of your determination
I see you realise I'm deep under your skin
Living in your heart regardless of your hesitation

One day I know you will find your path
Until then my feelings are relentless and ever flowing
I'll hold your heart with a gentle caress
Which ever way you should end up going.
