Simple Pleasures

With a quick, nervous glance I take you in
No words can describe the beauty
Lasting impressions never to be lost
Moments in time to be cherished eternally
Without these moments life loses some meaning
My lips slowly curl into a smile
A frozen, rugged complexion thawed at last
To know you felt the same would complete the moment
But not just yet

First attempt or not this is very good writing. The descriptions and imagery are well placed. Its really passionate and sensual.
A frozen, rugged complexion thawed at last
That is an awesome line. Great job
