Since I Lost You

Contributed by Rx1471 on Thursday, 23rd December 2010 @ 05:29:43 PM in AEST
Topic: selfstruggles

I spent a long time wondering

My mind just would sleep

I spent so many nights

So alone and cold

Since that day

Years fly so by so fast

Only to be over before you can truely live

Under blackened skies I lay

Beneath the darkened sky I dwell

Every second passes without due care

You never said it would be like this

Once a light amonst the shadows

Now just a hole in the sky

Darkness creeps back into my mind

Convincing me it was right

Only the pain is real

May death come quickly

Pay my price and begone

All I want is the end

Relentless the memories come

Even as I die

The pain that comes with losing someone is one of the hardest things a person can deal with in life. I wish you all the best, and hope that you can move on and try to find a decent person to fill that hole. And try to have some fun!
