Topic: oops

If life as we know it could be intercepted
Then perhaps I could have interjected
Tried to change things as we know it
Instead of trying to control this raging fit
The causes are so often in sight
And the flow of time you cannot fight
This feeling inside might never quell
And at times it will feel like hell
But walking away is all I can do
It’s as if forever that I have loved you
Friends, acquaintances is all we are
But I made my wish on a twinkling star
These are not tears that I wipe away
I was sneezing because of the hay
I wish you all the love you deserve
That you find love on every curve

So now this prayer just for you
That the smiles always come in what you do
That you’re happy in time with every tick tock
That you find real joy under every rock
That you’re blessed with love that makes you smile
That you enjoy your love in your accustomed style
