My Little Broken Heart

Contributed by JohnnyFallen on Saturday, 18th December 2010 @ 10:39:33 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Hush, hush, hush little broken heart
Don't cry because you wish you would die
You are inside me, you are part of me
I'm the only one who understands you
You're the only one who understands me
I wish you were human, you'd be beautiful
But you're an internal organ that dwells within me
I want to tear you out, turn you human about
Because I am without a doubt, in love with my own
Little Broken Heart
You make me fall for others and you don't envy
I hold others tightly, kiss them lightly
And you don't care because If I'm happy, you're happy
You help me to find my Juliet
I love that Juliet as much as I love you
And I know you love me too

Hmm I'm not sure if this should be freakishly weird or sweet.

"you're an internal organ" is something you don't usually find in a poem. weird or sweet? both?
