Watching you from the outside

An anguished cry escapes your lips,
The love it holds… it binds… it grips,
The sparkle in your eye is blind,
to common sense you cannot find,
Life has come, to seal your fate,
This sad redundant ... pathetic state,
He holds you tight within his grasp,
Dreams are gone, and in the past,
You need to go and find some help,
Your mind has gone and lost itself.
You cannot see your sad reflection,
Your life… it needs… to change direction.
