The sand it sifts, the sand it churns,
And to the sand I will return,
Today I’ll blow into the wind,
And thus my destiny begins,
It is my fate to come unwound,
Becoming deadly, but profound,
Turning whispers into screams,
I will haunt you in your dreams,
A black mask across my face,
Dark red eyes see your disgrace,
And when the time comes due to pay,
Here in shadow I shall lay,
Tempting you with bitter hope,
I will watch you as you choke,
In the darkness I will hear,
All your pleadings and your fear,
But you cannot run from me,
Death is here to set you free.
