Through our bonds, we were friends
Until time handed us our ends
So much of you lost in me
Forever kept, a scrambled memory
Your wisdom, Your greatness, strengths
Your wit, Your humor, exceptional lengths
I owe so much, for times we had
Without them I'd be forever sad
In turn, to say in short
You've been my happiness, and inner forte
