What is internal happiness?
The happiness that doesnt depend on others to make them happy
The happiness that can crack a smile even when life's trials and tribulations knocks you down
The happiness that can just be thankful they're alive today
The happiness that can let go of the negative people and influences in their life
The happiness that doesn't dwell on the past and pain of yesterdays
The happiness that enjoys everything life has to offer
The happiness that loves themselves first before they can dare love anybody else
The happiness that is TRULY happy
Ask yourself
Do I have internal happiness?
