Welcome to distress

Sometimes I toss and turn in my bed;
Just can’t sleep
Pictures still burnt in my head
Walls of screaming red and they keep
Saying my name
I never even caught a single zed
I’m in pain, I’m still alive
But in reality I might as well be dead
Without your strength
I can’t find my own
Without you on earth
I can’t call it home
Without you here
I’d just be all alone
I’d be in a mountain of mess
I wouldn’t handle it well
You’d see a red fountain of stress
Gushing out my neck
I’d be 6 feet underground
You’d be wearing a black dress
Then you would be the one
That I would depress.

Is this about someone who already left you? or are telling someone that you don't want them to leave? Either way I liked it a lot. |
