Ashes like Pompeii

_____________________________
now would have been five months
you loved me forever once,
guess we will try it your way
leaving upon my heart, ashes like pompeii,
i was so happy loving you
guess it was too good to be true,
so now that we are over
we won't be rolling in the clover,

your kisses made me so hot
lack of them is a garrotte,
so our passionate love is at an end
you want only to call me friend,
my feelings are suspended
while yours are transcended,
for evermore you touched my soul
in my deepest places, not the shoal,

i love you and no other compares
from your sexy feet to your wild hair,
our letters once meant so much to us
yet somewhere after 450 we lost our trust,
it's your way, yes, but to annalize my feelings
with every breath i take, is very unappealing,
i declare, there is no more magic in the air
you wanting only friendship took me unaware.
you'll always hold that last piece of my heart
you have had it with you from our very start:)

do you believe in love at first sight, my friend?

shall i walk by you once again?

Very interesting write; the line, "leaving upon my heart, ashes like pompeii" I found most thoughtful. What brought you to the compiling of that line? (How did you get there?) ...........Hmmm, that's a great line! Nice Job!

Nessa, this is so sad, but so well written.
