Sometimes the days drag on,
They bleed into each other,
Because I'm on my own,
Still dreaming of another.

Sometimes the nights are long,
Shadows merge together,
Because I'm still unknown,
And we are not together.

Sometimes your life feels wrong,
You try to recover,
Because I know I've grown,
Entwined with my lover.
