An unattainable desire
Consequences anticipated
Damaging affects are unavoidable
Acknowledged and still incapable of letting go
Unconcerned with elusive elements it consists of
Addicted to delusions of distant possibilities that won’t exist
Equipped with enough patience
Continuing on, lingering on,
In the depths of an engineered abyss
