Everyday I look in your eyes
I see a trust that never dies
A strength of love I can't disguise
Everytime I hold you
There's a feeling in my soul
That tells me I cannot let go
You are what makes me whole
Everytime I hold you
And there's not a day that I believe
That all this is so true
Then I reach out and touch your hand
And I know that it is you
It's the gentleness of your face
And the beauty of your grace
I feel the warmth of your embrace
Everytime I hold you
There's not a day that disappears
When I don't think of you, my dear
I say 'I love you' in your ear
Everytime I hold you...
I thank God that you are here
Everytime I hold you

Congratulations for writing your hundredth poem.
I like this poem for its varying rhyme scheme and, of course, for the deep sentiment it carries.
I find the third quatrain to be the most beautiful, though the omission of 'that' in the last line would make the flow smoother and even more natural.
