Requiem for nevercoming pain

Contributed by petulinka on Friday, 12th November 2010 @ 02:50:32 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Dark tunnel around
and wild wind in one’s hair
Too fast to keep the pace, it´s all around
the atmosphere of betrayal
by the loving and devoted
Scared
and
sacred
mean the same

tears falling down the face
their flash is the only thing one can perceive
so faultless
leaving no trace
like morning kiss
going along the cheek
the chin
the neck
and disappears

Pitiful colors moving with the speed like they meant to tell the secret
About love? hate? Or pain?
One sees the sorrow
the futility in the front
behind
and then far and further in the heart´s bleeding

Is it too late to forgive
One´s begging for forgiveness
looking around and finds
that world hasn’t S T O P P E D
as expected
but one has

One breathes with hearing himself screaming
tearing his chest
his remains
everything he´d known before

You can suppress the pain
the broken-heart
but eventually it will reveal itself least expected
and in the end
you have to deal with it
fight till the E N D
Though it rip you to pieces
you must face the truth
the evidently hidden
You cry your heart dying
but still …you tried
once
and
forever

One is staring at you closer than pleasant
and you just shall release the beast inside
the hidden skeletons
and break your heart once over again.

I´ve L O V E D him
but somewhere on the way he stopped
It really did torn my heart
I can still see its P I E C E S on the ground,
they´re rolling there
like used
and
forgotten

Nobody can ever picked them
and make the picture complete

Maybe
one day

I´ll look down
and find out they lost their juice
their deal of pain
but still I will always know that I can never have the jigsaw done
this one and lonely piece of grief will tell the story evermore
kept deep in my heart
too deep to know
W H Y
there is always something wrong when you get up
something doesn’t seem right
the truth has been changed but
what is it that cant let me sleep?
One day I might recollect
but will this day E V E R come?

I really like the style of this and the way it's written. There are some really good lines and you can feel the emotion oozing from each and every word. Well done.
