I hate you means I love you.
I shove you cause I care.
With all the crazy things I do,
I wonder why you’re here.
I call you names each chance I get.
I mock you all the time.
I say I hate the way you dress.
But love you deep inside.
Your always sticking up for me.
I always put you down.
There’s not a single clue I see,
For why you stick around.
I punch you just to touch you.
I slap you for your warmth.
I tell you that I’ll never lose.
A game of back and forth.
Every time you look at me,
I always crack a joke.
Never could I let you see,
The feelings that I cloak.
What if you don’t feel the same?
The way I feel for you?
This has always been our game.
But soon we’ll both be doomed.
One day soon I know I’ll break.
I’ll tell you how I feel.
I only hope you feel the same.
I’m hoping you don’t bail.
So here it is, another day.
A day in which I’ll hide,
All the things I long to say,
By getting in a fight.
