Why do I feel that words have deserted me?
Why do I feel that even after having everything there is a feeling of emptiness in me?
Why do I feel that I am surrounded by people?
Even when not a single soul is around me.
Why do I feel that sanity at times leaves my side?
When insanity prevails I find myself deserted from all sides.
Why do I feel, I am losing myself to something,
What is that something?
Can someone tell me?
Can someone hold me?
Can someone love me for what I am?
Can someone please tell me what is happening with me?

Thank you, for liking my poem. Sometimes heart felt feelings are best expressed in a poem. Such a poem just flows, one can’t think and write.
