AN ANGEL

Topic: dedicatedpoems

She opened her eyes so tender, blue.
She found an old love from days long gone.
Yes you sheltered her broken heart in love,
With mighty strength gave her heart a new home.

You was on Face book doing your thing.
You found an angel with broken wings,
Broken to the core from Fake love.
You caught her, now true love sings.

Her love had been left to die.
You stood strong with open arms
Reaching into her soul, you saw her good.
You remembered all her child hood charms.

Together you face life's broken dreams.
Behind you two, all their lies deceit.
Your new love strong blooms to shine
As one, total love becomes complete.

Shattered dreams don't matter any more.
All things are possible with love.
As healing unites two hearts, see?
You'll both fly high as free as doves.

Shane thank you
for rescuing Dee's heart-n-soul.
Always love,
maw

You've come up trumps yet again with this.
I love your effortless writing style, so calming, warming and heartfelt.

It's true - 'all things are possible with love' (or at least it feels that way). I love to read about rescued hearts!

Powerful, Em, dang powerful. Sometimes I step away from a person's presentation in poetry 'n' feel like a whisper of warm breeze brushed my face. I felt it. Magic.
