Lord,I really want out of this place.
I long for the day when I''ll see your face.
I want to be free,I can''t take anymore.
How long must I wait to see Heaven''s door?
I do not belong here,this place is not home.
I want to feel your presence,On streets of gold to roam.
Lord Jesus please come soon,do not delay,come quick.
I want no more of this world,this sin just makes me sick.
These people think they''re better,I know that''s not true.
We are all made in your image,No one''s better than you.
Lord please touch my heart,pour your spirit upon me.
I know I''m called to preach,your sweet love has set me free.
I know all things are in your hands,there''s nothing you can,t do.
I seek your face,I need your grace,I only trust in you.
I know I''ll see your face,of you I''m not ashamed.
I want to please you Lord just like the one of whom I''m named.
I ask for your forgiveness because I know I''ve sinned.
Rise up and defend me,on you I do depend.
I need no one else Lord,You know I love my kids and wife.
You went to the cross for me,I owe you my life.
I am tired of all my sinful ways,I am here now to repent.
Place your hand upon me,I need a blessing that''s Heaven sent.
I give my all to you Lord,Take my life,do as you please.
I will not lay down to sin but to you fall to my knees.
I only want what you want Lord,Give me only what I need.
I pray your Spirit be upon me,help me to plant a righteous seed.
Take my life dear Lord,without you it is useless.
Before you called my name you know I was a mess.
Lord I need your peace,I need your glory on me to reign.
Without you in my life this existence is too plain.
I know I''ll preach your word,You''ve given me so much to say.
Guide my words and all I say is the prayer I pray.
I will go where you send me,there is no place too far.
How Lord will you send me,by plane or train or car.
Lord I give my all to you,in you I place my trust.
I will be your servant even when my flesh turns back to dust.
Lord protect me from my enemies,bless those who show me hate.
Bring them to repentance so they don''t share a sinners fate.
Guide me in all your ways,let me be for you a light.
With my bible as my sword for Jesus Christ I fight.
Look down upon your servant Lord,bless me as you see fit.
I will walk in all your ways,for you I''ll never quit.
Bless me Lord and use me,keep your hand upon my heart.
Lord I''m called by you to preach,just show me where to start.
I give all praise to you my Father,without you who am I?
I am only a mere shadow,A lonely cloud just passing by.
Lord you love me anyway,in that I''m truly blessed.
I only want to please you Lord,All my sins I have confessed.
I thank you for your grace and for forgiving me my past.
I can;t wait for your return so I can praise you face to face at last.
I will be right here Lord as long as that''s your will.
I can''t wait for your return Lord,when your glory you reveal.
