I see you 2010

As I make my way, I see you
I am going about my daily routine and you cross my path
I see you but you don’t see me
We have no time to chat as we are moving in opposite directions

I’m on a bus, you’re in the street
Your in a car, I’m walking
Our worlds bump but we don’t
I see you, I’d love to chat but we don’t make eye contact

Next time I’ll try to get your attention if I can and I don’t look a fool saying hello or waiving like a freak
Maybe I’ll just wait till we are destined to meet
It could be a while though so, hello

I like this write it reminds me of one I wrote
many years ago.

A smile and glance
A brief meeting of eyes
A quick turn away to hide
But in my smile affection grows
And in my heart I truly know
What this simple gesture shows
But shyness halts me in my shell
This reluctance I know all too well
It keeps me silent so I may never tell

Keep up the good work and tell this person
whatsup and see where fate and love takes
you.
