.. My happy ever after ..

As the sun starts to drown in the sea before him ..

stood a man drowning in a sea of silence ..

caught in the webs of deep thinking, just as the sun was sinking ..

as it fades away, leaving a beautiful dark night behind ..

hope fades away, leaving a dreadful dark knight blind ..

not knowing what to do, where to go, or what he'd find ..

life has a thing for surprises, yet a present isn't always pleasant ..

it's not always a happy ending .. there was no "happy ever after" ..

traveled through lands, been through a lot, through all but laughter ..

imprisoned by walls of fear, bound by shackles of agony ..

he sheds tear by tear, surrendering to the fate of the eternal misery ..

yesterday was better, tomorrow's worse than it is today ..

found his way through waves, as he went astray ..

becoming one with the ocean, becoming one with tears ..

It’s a good write I really like the way you played the words to bring it together. It’s a good story of how many of us feel in life whether we admit it or not. I really like this line it real pulls on emotions
