Effect a sonorous pleasance,
But ensure that you always heed,
Harsh intonation with little for penance
Can to a predicament lead.
Effect an insouciant potence,
But ensure that you always heed,
When speaking aloud there is for prudence
A constant, immeasurable need.
Effect a lilting resonance,
But ensure that you always heed,
While you may speak in this instance
There, too, are times to cede.
