You're my star in the sky
You keep my spirits high
And when the night falls
It's your star that shines brightest of all
When I am lost and all alone
When I feel trapped and on my own
I look up above
And see your star that's filled with love
When I'm in trouble I turn to you
This is something I can't deny
I tell you everything I'm going through
Because you're my star in the sky
You can't talk but you hear
All my dreams and all my fears
Even though you're now gone
Your star still drives me on
When I need belief, when I need hope
You give me strength so I can cope
Even if I never try
You'll always be my star in the sky
I know one day when we meet again
I will shine, I'll be the same
Forever in my eyes
You're my star in the sky
