The demons have moved on
Another soul to haunt
Sure to be back another day
But sure to give delay
Though I say to thee, “never find way, Let this feeling last,”
It shall yet prevail and bind me once more
And from this I’m assured “Feelings never last…”
Hence, blissfully reassured once more.
