Crash and Burn

Contributed by unknown_utopia on Saturday, 25th September 2010 @ 09:14:13 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

She came out of no where
she said it was our time
loved me hard and blew my mind,
now she's saying it was all a mistake
left me for another
laughed in my face,
the damage is done
now
all I can do is stare...
and no one cares.
why
does love has to be so cold
why
why
why,
every time I try
I am left to cry
It comes on so fast
but
it never seems to last.

Cheer up my friend, one thing for sure, you write great poetry and should be rightly proud of that.
Nicely written, well done.
