bumpy grooves act as armor,
wearing welts of pain

hi lesoleilnoire:
You have inflamed my imagery
to a point of command
I really need to know
what you didn't show
an interpretation I demand
I get great deep vibes from your write.
Why is this poor and old tree wearing this pain.
Because she has grown old and is no longer that once "unscabbed" vibrant beauty she once was. The "grooves"- wrinkles are deep and clear to all. She's no longer looked upon as once before. So she cries in silence and lets you know, by growing her bark with those grooves just so....
A beautiful Poem
have you sewn!
2bpositive, always
