The Crooked Picture

Contributed by lesoleilnoire on Friday, 27th August 2010 @ 08:13:08 PM in AEST
Topic: MiscPoems

The picture of the wall rests
skewed;
it views life from unique angles.
A picture perfectly straight sees the norm;
the crooked picture sees life's twists and turns.
The balanced picture remains safe and overlooked;
the tilted art dangles and attracts eyes from the start.
Allow the picture to remained crooked on the wall;
it's the most intriguing picture of them all.

I've always like things a bit wacky but also a bit controlled. Too out of wack causes too much confusion but too straight and "balanced" can be a bit boring. I like the "angle" you tok at writing this. Thank you.
Smile!
