I’m a pretty good dancer;
at least when by myself
it comes from a lot of years
waiting on the shelf
I’ve got my steps and pivots,
my captivating moves
that push away the silence
as I slip into the grooves
I’m a really good kisser;
can set a romantic tone
it comes from all the times
I practiced on my own
I’m a pretty good dancer;
from disco to boogie
but I guess the waltz and tango
will never quite be me.
