Is it still hard to find a place to start?
Is this the last time you follow your heart?
Is it true that love is a lost art?
Either way its left its mark.
Now it’s over and gone
Are you still awake at dawn?
Did you see these things through?
Or are you still waiting for something overdue?
Did you stop to think,
That this could bring you to the brink?
Or are you yet to feel your heart sink

| I like it, however i find it hard to put a picture behind it. I can feel what you're saying though. Normally with my poems, i try to keep it ABAB or AABB, i like symmetrical things. I like to keep the syllables matching in the lines that rhyme. keep writing! |
