MY HEART BEATS EVER FASTER
TRANSCLUCENT DREAMS, OPEN EYES
IMPENDING DOOM, NEAR DISASTER
SUNRISE SHADOWS, BLOOD SHOT SKIES.

COLD FEET ON WOODEN FLOORS
FRIGHTENED FOGGED FANTASY,
FARAWAY HANDLES,WOODEN DOOR,
CREAKING HINGES HIDING DESTINY.

HALLWAY SHELTER OR CERTAIN DOOM
CARPET RUNNER, SOFTENED STEP,
STAIRWAYS YAWN ONCE MORE GLOOM,
FIRST STEP SUDDEN SOUND....WEPT.

BOTTOM BANISTER,ROUNDED HOLD
TWO MORE STEPS NOT FAR NOW
SHAKING HAND GRIPPING BOLD
INTO FOYER STORY TOLD.
