it will happen one day,
i will lose and succumb to pain.
They will win the war
the one for years i waged.
What a day it would be
an end in such way.
When victory doesnt win anything
and loss is too high a price to pay.
A price paid in loss of will,
a prize while i am alive still.
A price for untill i'll be lost,
a prize that asks for life as its cost.
And life is what i'll pay.
This life i dwelt,
This life as myself,
the one i have lived so fain,
and never would i be me again

There is a well known saying that goes
"Life is what you make it".
Sometimes though, is that really the case, are things always totally under our control ?
Perhaps that is what you are saying here.
