Sadness and grief overwhelms me,
Tears start to fall.
What I need I cannot have and what i want i will never have.
My heart yearns for something that is no more my own.
Will this sadness ever end?Will it ever go?
I feel so alone like in a world with only me,noone to speak to or even see.
My tears are endless,
My heart is closed,
I've lost everything without a chance of any hope.

Very good work....
Though my age lends to the preference of structure and proper diction (just my preference).
Keep at it, I think that you have great potential here if you stick to it...
