A mountain top covered by snow,
A waterfall, a lake and the spring,
The river, the desert and a meadow
The falling leaves, fruits and birds
Blossoming flowers and butter flies
Colors of dawn, clouds of twilight
Rising Sun and the beauty of nature
The shepherd's song on a bamboo flute
And listeners watching under the trees
The grazing sheep on the green lawns
The sky reclining on the horizon
These are not the faded paintings
They peep at us from the panes
of centuries..
They look at us with their colors
From the telescopic distances.
They may look tired or withered
But they do not fade away from us.
Those figures in colors and those
Forms on stones and the sounds
Are the monsters of art let loose
On the omnivorous dinosaur
of time...
The hand of art is the womb
Of creation which conquers
the time!
