My favourite place
Mummy can we got to my favourite place
Where we play hide and seek and run and chase
Can we go there right away
You said there was a chance we might go today
Can I take teddy to sit in a tree
And let him watch you and me
Can we forget your chores today
And laugh and talk and cheer and play
Mummy can we got to my favourite place
Where I saw a worm that had no face
Where I hide behind a tree
If I can’t see you, I am sure you can’t see me
Let’s use the branches for swords and wands
And look for frog spawn in the ponds
Let’s take a picnic with loads of treats
And use our coats as our picnic seats
Mummy lets bring Alfie and Tilly too
But don’t forget the bags in case they poo
Can we go there right away
We can! Hip Hip Hooray
Me and Mummy are off to my favourite place
Where we play hide and seek and run and chase

A great smooth flowing write. It also has bounce as I can see the child bouncing off to the favorite place.
