Will you keep me sane,
Or drive me mad,
Of all those friends,
I ever had,
Will you hold me close,
Or push away,
Unsure to go,
Unsure to stay.
Was I ever sane,
Before you came,
Did I ever smile,
When I heard your name,
Did I laugh or cry,
Curl up and die.
Did you break my heart,
Or was it I,
Who gave up hope,
And did not try,
To save myself,
From this unwanted fate.
This madness burns,
And you’re not there,
My heart in pieces,
I do not care.
There is no cure,
There is no end,
If I found Love,
Would my heart mend?
