Your hello means farewell
Don't walk away from heaven into a hell
I know it's wrong, you think it's right
Have you said your last 'Goodnight'?
Does the past mean nothing to you?
Are you sure it's what you want to do?
I don't know, I can't tell
If your hello means farewell
Have you changed who you are?
Has the light gone out from your shining star?
What you have, you can't get back
Must your life end like that?
If you disappear then you'll have regret
About the promises you never kept
I don't know, I can't tell
If your hello means farewell
Is it your dream or a fantasy?
Just look at what you will do to me
I close the door, you ring the bell
That's the sound that means farewell...
Your hello means farewell

i find this poem dubious...to say the least.
It's almost as if you had never even heard the word "farewell" before you chose the topic.
anyway....

It's truly difficult to accept someone's farewell. With rhymes and well chosen words, you have managed to express the inner feeling of sadness.
Well done on a good write. |

I had to remind myself that i
was reading a poem, and not
the words i to, have often heard
that give one a feeling of death
in there gut, just before a lover
decides to crush the life of one
so deeply in love, that death it's
self would be better as the
alternitive, beautiful work u have
here . . .
Thank you for visiting my page.
