Son of mine
Son of mine take your time
Enjoy your youth you’ll be fine
Close your eyes leave troubles behind
Drift away find peace of mind
And as you lie here in my arms
And mesmerise me with your charms
I convey to you a love so deep
With a gentle kiss you fall asleep
Enjoy the freedom of naivety
The harsh truth of life a secret from you shall be
The world as innocent as your eyes perceive
For as long as you can this I want you to believe
And as you grow and learn to see
Just how unfair life can be
At these times turn to me
For my baby boy you’ll always be
Son of mine, take your time
Enjoy your youth, you’ll be fine

Such a beautiful tribute to your son. I'm sure when he's older he will cherish this. Probably before that time you'll have written a book.
