We Make, We Care

Contributed by Balmain_Tiger on Saturday, 3rd July 2010 @ 04:43:19 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

The irony, the suns shines brightly
The whisper of the cool breeze
My clothes fitting tightly
A scented flower makes me sneeze

A swim in the lake
And a look in her eye
Naked alone nothing to take
Under the bright blue sky

When hands touch
The scent of her skin
I love her so much
With nothing to win

Alone again in the sands of time
With voices crying in the night
All I have is my rhyme
And now I must stave the fight

Someone new for me to love
To walk the earth and to know
To accept the gift from above
And take with me where I go.
