SHE WALKS BEAUTIFULLY
both day and night,
A handsome hubby, Rob, all. is all right.
Three beautiful children, whom she loves dearly
Adventure for a partner, travels carefree.

I met Chrissy many years hence.
YPDC was our meeting place,
A love for her poetry--immense.
Her mother had just died, my heart
went out to her.
She responded with love, and a
friendship of 8 years after.
While carrying her daughter
little Leanne
Nearly lost her, scary times began.
A bad back for Rob, how will
he ever work?
A truck driver with his own rig
hard times, much teamwork.
I crocheted an afghan with prayers in each stitch.
Brandon, Leanne, and Justin a love so rich.
Shared emails over millions of miles.
Most filled with good times and many smiles.
The phone rings, it's Chrissy speaking.
"We're in Nebraska, will see you about
5 Bells in Wyoming!"
I was so thrilled, at last I get to give
her a great hug!
My adopted grandchildren, a heart's
string tug!
Justin, Brandon, Chrissy, and Leanne
telling me "So Long"
In front of Rob's great big "Yellow
Submarine" I'll love you all
my whole lifelong.
Drive carefully Rob, you've got
precious cargo aboard.
Our precious friendship restored!

| AWWW Thanks so much Connie the kids & I enjoyed our visit & the hugs were very warm! They loved the books & read them on the ride home. You are truly a beautiful person inside & out & I will never forget our wonderful meeting long overdue. I adore the poem & will treasure it. Love ya. |

Wow!!!! Leanne has grown so much!! I remember when she was born. It's great to see you and Chrissy have met... This was a lovely gesture, Consue.... Great pics also..

connie, this is truly beautiful. It's so wonderful when
a friendship that has grown can be cemented with
finally meeting face to face and filled with smiles and
hugs. :) I'm so happy for you both. There are certain
people who come to mean more than they could know.
