Now You're Gone.

Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Can we turn back time?
Can we pretend like this never happened?
I knew you all my life. How can you suddenly vanish into thin air?
Slowly everyone around me starts to forget.
But i remember every single moment we spent together.
How can you just leave?
Is god unfair?
One moment you're there. The next you're gone.
I'll never forget your face. That laugh which made me smile. Everyday was an adventure with you, a fresh start to each day.
I cannot embrace the fact that you're life has come to an end.
What will i do without you? What will i do without you?
All i can do is pray. Pray that you're safer up there.
But don't forget that i'm always here. Thinking about you. In my heart, and in my mind. Always and forever yours. <3

it's always hard letting go of someone like this. proves wrong that "the worst way to miss someone is missing someone you see everyday". awesome write, i felt this and relate. keep your head up.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
