I sit and stare,
your lips aware,
Daring you to turn to me.
Your eyes dilate,
as you come across fate.
Your stomach flustered,
your heart beat altered,
discovering feelings unknown.
As you grab my hand
sweat scurries to the floor
hoping to explore,
That grin comes across your face
which makes me dare to embrace
a kiss at perfect pace,
our eyes attempt to process these feeling,
grasping each others chest
Lets our love be expressed.
We rest our eyes,
our love rapidly intertwines.

This is a really beautiful write... some moments in life are so hard to put into words while conveying your feelings... and I think you do that nicely here. |
