Mommy I am here, you can hardly see me,
In your feelings you know I am there..
The excitement of the day that you hear the heart beat of your unborn child to be..
Brings tears of joy that start cascading down your face as you stare.
With visions of of your ultrasound I see your small body moving so graceful.
Small flutters of movements made you smile
Mommy can you feel my tiny fingers and toes,it has been awhile.
With cravings of radishes and whipped cream seem so tasteful.
Browsing through the baby department while holding outfits against your tummy
Often mommy you sing to me, then I drift off to sleep
Dad feels the new life inside when he rests his hands on your tummy
Hush little one , let mommy count the sheep as you drift off to sleep
You know I am almost here
Mommy and Daddy I have the cutest little cheeks you have ever seen
I have Daddy's eyes of green
As time goes on my due date grows near
With all the love you have Mom, you have nothing to fear
With a face of an angel all nestled in your arms, there I will be kept from harm....
